We charge £50 per hour, for a minimum period of 4 hours. Please note that we charge VAT to businesses who are VAT registered.
The hire cost includes staffing, music system and clear up.
Booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
Due to the nature of our business hire charges are non-refundable.
All prepaid food & drinks orders must be placed and paid for a minimum of 2 weeks in advance please so that we can make arrangements with suppliers. Any prepaid food or drinks must be consumed at the event and cannot be refunded or taken home.
We have a license to sell alcohol, we serve last drinks at 22.30 and ask that all guests be off the premises by 23:00.
We will turn the music off and put the lights on at 22:30, asking people to finish their drinks by 22:50 and start getting their coats.
Guests can enjoy the outdoor seating area until 21:00. After this they either need to be inside or off the premises.
We don’t allow smoking on our premises (inside or out) but guests can smoke off the premises by the wall opposite.
We are licensed to have children on the premises until 19.00. For licensing purposes a child is a person who is 14 years of age or under. Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
You are welcome to supply a playlist but our staff have control of the volume at all times. Alternatively tell us what style of music you like and we can access it through Spotify or Apple Music.
We don’t have DJ’s or bands.
We don’t move furniture to create a dance-floor as we have neighbours upstairs and dance-floors get too loud. For the same reason we don’t have DJ’s or bands.
You are welcome to bring balloons to put on tables but we don’t allow anything to be attached to walls, ceiling, lights, fairy lights, pictures, mirrors, plants etc) Also no party poppers, table confetti or glitter cannons please as it gets stuck between the grooves in our tables which becomes unhygienic.
Yes. Tabs must be paid off every £500.
We have a minimum bar spend of £500 on evening events (this includes any pre-ordered welcome drinks but excludes hire fees and pre-ordered food). The average drink is £5-6 so 90 drinks would meet the minimum bar spend (eg. 30 people have 3 drinks each). Any shortfall can be paid for on the night and we will give you the equivalent in bottles of our delicious Organic Red or White Wine so that you don’t lose out.
We ask that guests leave quietly and don’t loiter in order to respect our neighbours. If you think your guests may wish to carry on talking/socialising afterwards please let them know of a follow up venue that they can move on to.
Please take anything you bring with you home as we will be trading later that day or the next.
